Let users authenticate/authorize with Wikimedia OAuth (once for all tools). This will enable some interesting features in the future:

• user preferences (like opt-in);
• query history (see the queries you ran recently);
• roles (like checkuser-only tools);
• self-serve Synchbot;
• self-serve StewardBot;
• crosswiki watchlists?

This issue was imported from the wikimedia-contrib.toolserver repository when it was merged in.

I'm no longer very active on Wikimedia wikis, so I'm not actively developing new features for these tools. (I'm still maintaining the existing tools though.) I'll close this as won't do, but pull requests are welcome if someone wanted to tackle this.
