3. Revisit portal logic on end gateways (Cooldown on EndGateway no longer cancellable by PortalEvent) Call EntityPortalEnterEvent on endgateways and make cancellable #10892
4. Mace Knockback logic for respective events

6. Revisit Fix-Spigot-5989 in regards to said patch being needed
7. Expose world spawn angle patch
