Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Action Item & Action Item category query resolver miss search by and sorting filters which are essential in UI. For Volunteer Hours Management we need to add allotedHours per action item for tracking.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add optional allotedHours Field in Action Items.
• Add search by (assignee, category Name, etc) & sort (by dueDate, createdAt, etc) filter wherever relevant
