Posts not visible in the organization feed

Describe the bug
Posts that are present in the organization are not seen in the feed of user.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup the project locally and load the sample data
2. Sign in as a user
3. Choose any organization and visit the organization
4. Create a post

Expected behavior
All the posts should be visible in the feed but even after creating a post "Nothing to show here" is seen on the feed.

Actual behavior
All the posts should be seen in the feed.

you were right, i had to populate firstname and lastname values and it started working, thank you... i will close this issue and push my changes and update my PR in the API, please review the PR whenever you get the time
