x_rank == 0也可以正常运行linalg.py下调用paddle.abs以支持复数类型，最小化添加该 API 对复数类型的支持经过上述修改后，
paddle.linalg.vector_norm可以通过 'array_api_tests/test_linalg.py::test_vector_norm' 测试
