Requesting License for VeRI Wild Dataset

I am interested in using this VeRi wild dataset in order to train a model, but I noticed there was no licensing information included for describing allowed dataset use.

Could you tell me what the VeRI wild dataset is licensed under for usage and what the rights to use are?

If it does not have a data license, the Public Domain Mark would be a simple permissive license for use by the public.
