Obsidian Current and Installer versions 1.6.7, Media Extended Plugin v3.2.6, Default theme, have tested in Sandbox Vault.

I also this issue when I tried to open this site. https://u.geekbang.org/
But it is not only on the first frame. It will stick on this page. Even I tried to extend the display area.
