[Bug] 全屏模式下播放器部分交互不能完全正常工作 #308

存在的问题：

全屏模式下播放器右下角的全屏按钮
- 全屏按钮：无法退出全屏（"New window"方式有这个问题，而“New pane on the right”就没有这个问题）
- 更多选项按钮：弹出的列表需要退出全屏后才能看到（"New window"、“New pane on the right”都出现了这个问题）
右上角的播放倍率提示在全屏模式下看不到（"New window"、“New pane on the right”都出现了这个问题）

插件版本：3.1.0（当前最新版）

目前菜单的问题可以在ob设置里指定使用原生菜单解决，要完全解决需要我后续重写menu
