Update Admin panel

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, the admin panel is more like a moderator panel. We need to add a proper admin panel for easier management of models in the system.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried setting up Filament, it was OK, but not up to my standard. I now have access to Nova via @kilobyteno so we can use Nova as an admin panel.

Additional context
The current admin panel will be stripped down and made into a "Mod Panel" and Nova will be the new "Admin Panel".
