PDF is not updtaed yet!

The pdf file is not updated since 2 years ago.The content in the offline file don't follow with the live edition

Good point. My philosophy right now is to only update the ebook documents after significant changes to the tutorial, and obviously #255 was one of those changes that should have warranted an update earlier.
