When you drag link within the browser, the anchor text is used instead of target url. Same thing happens when you drag the link to Firefox (31) or Opera (12). Surprisingly, it works correctly when you drag the link into Google Chrome (35).

Build: 0.9.02-dev (WebKit 538.1)

It's bug in QtWebKit, reported upstream:
