  1. chore(mobile): switch to dev build for native module compatibility 

    Expo Go ships with older native Worklets (0.5.1) incompatible with
react-native-reanimated 4.x (requires 0.7.2). Switch ios/android
scripts to use `expo run:*` dev builds and add bundle identifier.

  2. chore(mobile): set proper bundle identifier and Android package 

    Replace placeholder com.anonymous.tap-talk-pray with com.shieldtap.mobile
for both iOS bundleIdentifier and Android package.
