Also I don't think we need all of those binstubs, I'd just keep the ones we're actually likely to use. |

This is the first large step in dockerizing CVM. There is an issue with Honeycomb right now, and im not sure if thats because of settings issues or otherwise. Once that issue has been solved, and testing to make sure BG/SOLR/GIT are all working as expected, and the app is functioning normally, then we can merge this in and use docker for CVM from now on.
