Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's currently not possible to grant a choice of tool proficiency in the Race and Subrace builders.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a Tool Proficiency Choice section to the Race and Subrace Builders, similar to the Skill, Language, and Weapon proficiency options already available.

I think currently all other such tool proficiency choices (f.e. for backgrounds) are of the form "X types of Artisans Tools", "X types of gaming sets" etc. Is that what you want, or an actual fine-grained choice like "2 of flute, pan flute and horn"?

Both really. Dwarves for example can choose 1 of smith's tools, brewer's supplies, or mason's tools. This works fine for dwarves because they're hardcoded that way but you can't duplicate such a feature for a new race.
