Mystic Arcanum: Spells bug

You are only able to chose spells for your Mystic Arcanum that are already in the database content, you can't chose from homebrew content, this bug happens with all Mystuc arcanum not just the lv 12.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to warlock character creation on lv 12
2. Click on Spells
3. Scroll down to Mystic Arcanum: Spell Level 6
4. See error, you can't chose homebrew lv 6 spells

Expected behavior

Expected to be able to chose any lv 6 spells that are in the Warlock spell list
