Update test_thermal_stress.py (#75)

-Abort test on rapid initial temperature increase
-Abort test on rapid general temperature increase
-Allow program to terminate gracefully by itself or by user input
-Allow user to select console power or external power supply
-Use logger module instead of prints
-Add relevant logging information to output
-Set default values to realistic use case
