Thermocycler errors: Add a new detailed status gcode to firmware

We want to fuse the detailed thermocycler status (individual thermistor readouts and other data) with the general status. Add a new gcode, maybe the current gcode with a suffix, that returns all the detailed status data that previously only came back in the autoprint Stat response. This data should all be on one line and in a reasonably parsable format.

Bump the thermocycler version once it works.
