Verify MIDI files

technically examine every MIDI file go through them all and make sure they are proper and won't cause issues going forward, and if they're technically flawed, fix them.

I've found out several songs are sending out 'Note on with velocity zero' instead of the proper 'Note off' messages but I don't think they would cause any issues.
