OpenRouter defaultHeaders missing

It seems that defaultHeaders does not exist in SDKOptions in the example defined in the guide at https://openrouter.ai/docs/quickstart.

I met the same issue - moreover, setting up those object fields:

const client = new OpenRouter({
    apiKey: openRouterApiKey(),
    timeoutMs: 30000,
    httpReferer: 'https://appname.localhost',
    xTitle: 'appname'
});

Does not reflect app name in the activity overview.
