The game supports it.

Supporting it would enable rewriting it in a high level manner.

On the user side of things, this would be done via the UI or a special keyboard combination.

No way I add xplat controller support. That's later, for flight sims running in real mode, maybe...

JOY is the argument for DNCDPRG that enables gameport support.

For xplat controller support, there is Silk.NET
