Create Docker Image of the UI that can be run alongside an existing MinIO server

Many people might have an already existing Minio Setup. It would be nice to easily be able to use this UI with those setups

It will be nice to have different Linux distributions too, like deb, rpm, binary.
Some installs are too small to have Docker installed.

Yes! Personally I need a deb the most, but we also need docker images for all of those on TrueNAS Core.
I am looking into the best options; If someone has experience and/or can help getting the infra running for building different packaging formats and/or having them included in different distros, feel free to reach out to me
