DST - Admin order view dates are one day off #3115

On the day time changes from or to Daylight Saving Time, admin order grid dates are one day off.
The current date does not return anything

Order Grid with filters:

From: 26/3 2023
To: 26/3 2023

Return

blank.
Does not show any orders (even though orders exist).

Order Grid with filters for yesterday:

From 25/3 2023
To 25/3 2023

Return:

Orders from 26/3 and so forth.

Preconditions (*)

OpenMage 19.4.23
PHP 8.0
Locale Danish / Copenhagen GMT +1 (+2 DST)

Steps to reproduce (*)

Go to admin order grid
Select the same date in from and to
Dates are off by one day.

Expected result (*)
