New RFCs for discussions and vote

Hi everybody,
today I wrote and posted 2 new RFCs, bringing my total active RFCs for discussion and vote up to 3.

Here's the list:

• Translatable string rule
• Migrate openmage.readthedocs.io to Awesome OpenMage
• and the previously created New branching rules (2023) for OpenMage's main repo

Every feedback and contribution is welcome, toward my same idea/vision or agains, at the end of the day everything is a community decision.
