Fixes two issues:

  1. users can now add a port for the endpoint container to listen for incoming requests at
  2. on subsequent runs of the management service, there would be an error because the endpoint-net network for the endpoint would be created again - the management service now deletes old enpoint-net networks

Also updated documentation
