Use Jackson Annotations for getters and setters also for Micronaut Serde

When using serializationLibrary micronaut_serde_jackson the getters and setters in the generated code is missing the @JsonProperty annotation that is used for serializationLibrary jackson.

If fields in a JSON document does not use camel case notation, then it might not be possible to read the document with the JsonProperty annotation missing. The field myName is then fine, but fields like my_name, MyName, "My Name", "MY_NAME" etc will not work.

After adding @JsonProperty annotations also for getters and setters in code generated for Micronaut Serialization then deserialization will also work for fields not using camel case notation.

#16939 describes how to reproduce the issue. Using a generator with this fix will generate model classes using @JsonProperty, and these classes are able to deserialize fields that do not use camel case.
