Using the newest version of the parser is also necessary to uncomment and pass the v3.0.3 unit tests that are blocked by:
swagger-api/swagger-parser#1761
swagger-api/swagger-parser#1763
swagger-api/swagger-parser#1603

Using the newest version is not possible because it crashes when specs with version 3.0.X. These bugs are blocking:
