@ge0rdi does this seem like something that is necessary? It seems to me that this is only for drawing in the Classic theme and would therefore not work under normal configurations.

This is necessary for those who use the classic theme.

Also, as you can see from the patch description, it does not add additional features, what it does is disabling unnecessary checks of whether the themes are enabled and for Windows version, making the behavior of OpenShell uniform regardless of theming.
