Tried to Uninstall

I tried to uninstall openshell using the install wizard and my pc restarted, but now, when I unlock my pc, my screen is black, and my mouse is the only thing that pops up. I can pull up task manager and run programs through there, but other than that, no task bar, no icons, nothing. I have tried solutions shown in other discussions but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated as I am not extremely computer experienced.

I fixed it by opening powershell and running dism and check disk and restarting. Not sure why it messed all that up in the first place but glad it's all fixed now.
