change the IP in the emoncms integration

this functionality is now implemented as you can use the reconfigure flow to change the IP address

without the reconfigure flow, the manual process was the following :

1. open the file editor add on
2. open /homeassistant/.storage/core.config_entries
3. search for the config entry you want to modify and modify the url field
4. save and restart home assistant

the entry should be something like that

The easiest when using the addon is to use the addon name : using this, you never have to change the IP address !!
