🎯 Problem to be solved

Lido cohort 2 were made with cluster lock version 1.8.0, this means their DV exit sidecars are refusing to start.

🛠️ Proposed solution

Support the latest cluster lock version.

🧪 Tests

Tested by new automated unit/integration/smoke tests
Manually tested on core team/canary/test clusters
Manually tested on local compose simnet
