Dist operator between points with different domains

Instead of the dist operator which only works within the same domain. We need another operator that calculates the distance between points from different domains.

Such as:

In ArcGIS kun je ook nog op twee na nabijste uit laten rekenen.
Daarnaast kun je zelfs de hoek laten uitrekenen (tov het noorden) tussen 2 punten.
