Compat patch and min version requirement

typer 0.9.0 is the lowest version that works in the way
typer is used here. Unfortunately there is no way to make
it work with 0.7.0 which used on Debian 12 and still part
of our support matrix. Actually 0.7.0 is very buggy and
I wonder why Debian 12 has nothing newer
