ENERGY STAR makes the above form available intended for hunters with multiple sites. I assume they'll accept this for single sites given they are asking for the feature

  • Add tab for TH recognition
  • Intro paragraph describing the program and how MEASUR will populate certain fields of the form for you, You must submit
  • What fields are minimum to populate for feature? Some are easy .. facility name, zip etc.. others possibly not as straight forward. Are results directly translatable?
