The values in BT-22 are intended to be used by the buyer (or eSender) to give lots or procedures (or parts or groups of lots) the identifier they want. There is no validation on this free text field so you can use it as you wish. Ideally you would use the same identifier throughout the procedure, e.g. "Lote6" is the same in the Competition notice and in the Result notice - but we cannot enforce this for now (we need the dynamic rules of EFX2 to compare values between notices) and it could lead to too many errors if end users enter their own values that are not the same acorss notices. If your system manages these values, then you can provide a better data quality for your notices, so your plans seem feasible. |

We currently send a text in the ProcurementProject/ID field and we are considering changing it to a numeric identifier.
Would there be any problems with manual validations if the same notice is submitted with a different ProcurementProject/ID value in different submissions?
For example:
We first send the ProcurementProject/ID with the value lot6:
And later we send the same notice with Procurement Project/ID with value 30463
Thanks in advance,
Alex
