Concept added to a concept set has no Exclude/Descendants/Mapped flag

Expected behavior

The added concept has the Exclude/Descendants/Mapped flags as they were selected on the Import tab

Actual behavior

On the Expression tab of the concept set, the added concept has all flags Exclude/Descendants/Mapped = false

Steps to reproduce behavior

1. Login
2. Go to Concept Sets
3. Open a concept set
4. Go to the Import tab
5. On the Concept Identifiers tab, type a concept id into the input field
6. Select at least one flag of Exclude/Descendants/Mapped
7. Click Add to Concept Set button
