Strings now can be formatted using the "Jina langu ni {0}".badilisha('Nuru').

Sucessor to #93
Instead of using a function, just do it on the string level.

The last comments on this commit are WILD NGL 😂.
Just a simple man here. Just a simple suggestions are we not supposed to write a Swahili language implementations 😂 yes the language is Swahili but the code based is not. Also the comments are in English. Including this comment of mine.
What do you guys think about this. In the future if we get people to that need to inspect the code just for reviewing on how things works they will be confused with the comments in English.
Also probably am just exaggerated the issue.
