@nkolev92 can you elaborate on how that's a dup? I thought this was about caching the Consolidate tab like the Updates tab is doing?

The smart refreshing was about not refreshing when it's not needed. Specifically not reloading when regaining focus unless it's necessary.

I think it's valid to have an issue that says, the consolidate tab should use the same caches as the installed/update tab, but I'm not sure how much of that is being done right now.

So you can either add that topic to an existing issue or tweak this one to indicate the suggestion to use additional caching.
