changing the package source in nuget pm ui should not alter the target project selection

i wanted to downgrade a package in a single project to match other projects.

with nupmui consolodate window open, i deselected all the projects except the one i wanted to downgrade, however i couldnt pick the version i wanted because the package source was incorrect for the package.

changing the package source reloaded the window and required me to go through the reselection process again. this is annoying and counter to the nuget teams assertion that the package source isnt a search filter. it also doesnt make sense that the ui even shows thiis package in the consolodate liat when its clearly not an option
