Follow-up for https://github.com/NuGet/Client.Engineering/issues/2681.

  • Update the NuGet.Client infrastructure to ensure we're always testing against the versions of the .NET SDK we insert into.
    • The .NET integration should test against both current minor and next major version of the SDK.
  • Update the branching checklist with instructions for testing against the correct .NET SDK.
