This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

I tried .NET 7, but one of my projects is having problems after converting. I converted all my projects back to .NET6.

When I go to remove a package that was installed for .NET 7, you tell me 'Package is not compatible with .NET6'.

I am uninstalling, I know it is not compatible. That is why I am uninstalling.

Please make it easier to downgrade versions.
