Reporting bugs and tracking new features

The process for reporting bugs on Community or Enterprise product is basically the same. Read about development process.
Internally, the workflow for Enterprise bugs and features should be guided by a PM (Product Manager).
- The support team reports an issue to the PM
- The PM analyzes the issue along with a developer and keeps the discussion public
- If the bug is confirmed, the issue must be opened by a developer or at least the developer should guide the PM on writing it down.
- The commercial team asks for a new feature to PM
- The PM analyzes the feature along with a developer and keeps the discussion public
- When the requirements are clear, write down the feature on a wiki page, open a card inside the sprint planner and add it under the Future column
- Open an issue when the development starts
