🐛 FIX: heading and remove single closing div

In this PR, I have done the following:

• Removed a single closing div tag that doesn't have an opening tag
• Formatted the code to make it more readable
• Fix the register now heading to make it look consistent with the rest of the headings.

I would recommend removing the span entirely and instead, replacing it with <h2> tags because using <span> tags for headings is bad for SEO.
