canary-publish

• Add version_template, create_release argument
• Update to the version distributed in the comments you requested to deploy I think it's fixed on the comment method since I'm working on it, so I remove it

detect-add

• Override @changesets/assemble-release-plan : @changsets/cli also should be.

• Prevent peerDeps from bumping type to major.
