I use this utility for 2 times, and got SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED after windows boot. How fix it?

Did you make the service run automatically? If so try to delete the service from regedit. The driver relies on explorer.exe running on the system since it attaches to it.
