Rebuild ngen and all BMI modules after ngen#832

With ngen#832 and associated changes to a number of formulations, mixed builds of BMI module objects and the model engine from before and after the change are not compatible. Mixing of these will result in variably obscure failures at runtime, up to wrong simulation results at the worst.

To avoid all of this, remove your cmake_build directories and the like, and re-run the configuration and build from scratch.
