Is there a current CITATION for NGEN?

Current behavior

I can't find a CITATION file.

Expected behavior

I can find a CITATION file to use in a paper.

Steps to replicate behavior (include URLs)

  1. inspect home directory of repository don't see CITATION file

More info on CITATION files here. https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-citation-files#about-citation-files

Should we use an AGU abstract as a citation for now?
Maybe this? https://csdms.colorado.edu/wiki/Presenters-0526

Could someone fill out the CITATION file? I'd do it but maybe one of the main project authors wants to take it on? https://citation-file-format.github.io/cff-initializer-javascript/#/

I'm about to submit a manuscript for review and could really use a better citation. I'll use that AGU abstract from @fred-ogden unless there is something better now?
