Objectives

• Onboard key infrastructure partners such as exchanges, stablecoin issuers, wallet providers, third-party state mirrors, marketplaces?
• Document and amplify Sui foundation grant allocation for ecosystem projects
• Demonstrate “reality”, stability, security, and performance of network with heterogenous validators running in multiple regions
• Onboard product partners committed to building on Sui
• Onboard wallet users
• Test system governance features such as reconfiguration, staking, token issuance, hard forks
• Discover design issues and bugs in pre-production setting, without risking loss of customer assets
• Gain experience with (synthetic and probably non-synthetic) outages, hotfixes, etc. that involve coordinating across multiple organizations
• Hit feature completeness so audits can begin
• Bridge implementation complete
• Provide applications ability to onboard users via email

Pre-requisites

• Wallet prototype (in-browser only + mobile support via mobile?)
• Select audit firms and scope of audits
• Establish bug bounty program and responsible disclosure policy
• Detailed performance report that we have promised
• Complete design and implementation of secure networking stack
• Complete implementation of production-grade consensus/shared objects support
