Add a list of sites to the README

https://github.com/tijsverkoyen/CssToInlineStyles has a list of sites using their library in their README. Should we have a list like that as well? (I'd like that.)

The emogrifer landing page has a list of sites that we're aware of:
https://www.myintervals.com/emogrifier.php

You could start with that list. I'm sure there are others. Once the README is updated I'll also update our web site to reflect the current listings.

I can't see a list there.

Any website using a somewhat recent (< 3 years?) version of WooCommerce would be using it. That's possibly as many as almost half a million!
