Custom domain mapping with Cloudways

Hello there,
The custom domain mapping is driving me crazy 🤪
I used cloudways server to test the plugin and integrated it successfully with cloudways api, however, the added custom domain is redirecting to the register page 😀

This is the added custom domain https://profunnels.net and it should redirect to this subsite https://cloudways.digitizerllc.com/ and I don't even know why the subdomain lost it's ssl?!

Any suggestions? Thanks.
