Add support for GTM events also #2

The plugin currently only supports gtag events.

For GTM events the javascript is a bit different.

There needs to be a setting in the plugin for if your site uses gtag code or gtm code.

The gtm event code looks like this: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ga4/ecommerce?client_type=gtm#view_item_details
